Permitted conduct
Use the site honestly for lawful professional laboratory inquiries and eligible purchases. Check local advertising, import, possession, storage, handling and disposal rules. Supply truthful age, qualification, consignee and end-use information. Do not purchase for another person whose eligibility cannot be verified or use forwarding to evade a restriction.
Prohibited conduct and resale
Personal, human and veterinary use, unlawful research, unauthorized resale, relabeling, consumer marketing and redistribution to unqualified recipients are prohibited. Do not publish medical claims, personal-use accounts or administration instructions through reviews or support channels. Do not attempt credential attacks, scrape private information, disrupt the service, circumvent security or use stolen payment details. Resale is not permitted under standard storefront terms; a separately reviewed written wholesale agreement would be required.
Refusal, suspension and cooperation
We may request clarification, hold, refuse, cancel or suspend access where there is a reasonable concern about legal eligibility, safety, abuse, fraud, sanctions or inaccurate information. We will handle payments and explanations consistently with applicable law and avoid disclosing information where prohibited. Relevant records may be preserved for disputes or lawful authority requests. Contact support for review of a mistaken restriction; a security control is not a substitute for an appropriate human compliance decision.
