Genuine feedback only
Verified purchase status is derived from a fulfilled order and a signed invitation, not a manually invented badge. We do not generate, buy or seed fictional reviews or imply affiliation with a third-party review platform. Ratings and aggregate structured data remain absent until genuine eligible feedback is published.
Moderation and corrections
We do not suppress a genuine review solely because it is negative. We may remove or redact personal data, abusive or unlawful content, unsupported medical claims, personal-use accounts and prohibited administration guidance under the same rules for positive and negative submissions. A material moderation decision should be recorded and may be challenged through Contact. Merchant responses must be factual and must not reveal private order details. No reward is offered for positive sentiment.
