Accessibility statement
Our accessibility approach and how to report barriers.
Version 2026-09-14.1 · Effective
Published policy. Company and operating details marked “TO BE CONFIRMED” must be completed before commercial launch.
Approach and current status
We aim to make the storefront usable with keyboard navigation, visible focus, labeled forms, understandable errors, responsive layouts, sufficient contrast and reduced-motion preferences, using WCAG 2.2 AA as the design target. This is a development target, not a claim of certified or complete conformance. A full independent accessibility audit, assistive-technology testing and applicable legal assessment remain to be completed.
Known limitations and alternatives
Third-party payment pages, supplier PDFs and legacy COAs may have accessibility limitations outside the main interface. Authenticator QR codes have a manual-key alternative; six-digit codes and recovery flows still require secure handling. Contact us for an accessible form of a document or help with a barrier; we will seek a suitable alternative without weakening account security. Zoom, narrow screens and motion preferences are supported, but report any problem with your browser and assistive technology.
Feedback and enforcement
Use the Contact page with the affected URL and a description of the barrier; avoid sending credentials. Accessibility reports submitted through Contact are recorded for owner review. Include your preferred accessible response method. Applicable statutory complaint and enforcement routes remain available. We will update this statement as testing and remediation progress. The statement was prepared from implementation review and targeted browser checks, not a comprehensive conformance assessment.
