How long is delivery / shipping time?
Estimated delivery takes 3–7 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs processing and carrier delays can affect arrival times; contact support before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
Do you ship internationally?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. The available options are shown at checkout before you pay.
What does research use only mean?
Materials are intended for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human consumption, medical use or veterinary use. The researcher must assess the material and documentation against an approved laboratory protocol.
Can I view specifications without an account?
Yes. Public product specifications and published COAs can be read before sign-in. An account is needed to access your own order history and tracking records.
Where can I find a Certificate of Analysis?
Open the COA library or the document section on the exact product page. Match the SKU and batch code. A missing batch document cannot be replaced by a report for another presentation.
Are all peptides ≥99% HPLC purity?
Only a matching analytical report can support that result. Check the purity, method and tested sample on the published COA. The catalog does not make a universal purity or third-party-testing claim.
How does the peptide calculator work?
Enter vial mass in mg, added water volume in mL and the desired laboratory amount in mg or mcg. The tool calculates concentration, volume, U-100 scale units and theoretical draws per vial. It does not recommend an amount or preparation protocol.
Are U-100 units the same as IU?
The U-100 scale represents volume: 100 scale units correspond to 1 mL. International units describe biological activity for a defined substance and standard. The calculator does not treat an IU-labeled product as a known mass.
How do I find a guest order?
Sign in with the email used at checkout. After email verification, orders associated with that address appear in your account. An order reference alone does not grant access to private order details.
Who can leave a review?
A review invitation is created for an eligible fulfilled order item. Each invitation is single-use. Reviews enter moderation before publication, and negative feedback follows the same rules as positive feedback.
