Operating jurisdiction — confirmation required
[OPERATING JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS — TO BE CONFIRMED]. Hosting in the UK, USD prices or a US destination do not establish the company’s legal domicile. No invented choice of law, compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed.
Complaints and resolution
Start with the Contact page and an order reference or a clear account of the problem. Complaints are recorded through Contact for owner review. We will explain the next steps and any applicable dispute-resolution route when responding; no membership of an ADR scheme is claimed. Keep correspondence and evidence. We aim to resolve disputes fairly; informal discussion does not stop a statutory deadline or prevent access to a regulator, payment dispute process or court.
Cross-border mandatory protections
Any eventual choice-of-law or jurisdiction clause must preserve protections and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer’s jurisdiction. Consumer residence, business status, place of supply and mandatory local product rules may affect which law applies. Translations and priority-language rules require review for each target market. Do not enable additional destinations until that assessment is complete.
