Version 2026-09-14.1 · Effective
Published policy. Company and operating details marked “TO BE CONFIRMED” must be completed before commercial launch.
Scope of supply
Research peptides and related supplies are for laboratory research only, for legitimate in-vitro work by qualified adults. They are not offered for human or veterinary administration, ingestion, self-experimentation, clinical work or any diagnosis, treatment or prevention. No website statement, arithmetic tool, review or curated cross-reference supplies a medical recommendation, preparation instruction or assurance of lawful use. Research-use labeling never overrides the classification of a material or intended-use evidence.
Qualification and independent assessment
You must have the competence, suitable facilities, lawful permissions and documented procedures needed for the proposed laboratory work. Assess product identity, composition, hazards, batch evidence, storage and disposal for your own permitted protocol. Seek the relevant safety documentation before handling; do not infer sterility, clinical suitability, purity or stability from a product name, nominal quantity, image or generic percentage. We may request evidence of qualification and refuse or suspend a transaction.
Liability and remedies
To the extent permitted for a valid business-to-business contract, we do not warrant that a research material will achieve a particular experimental result or be fit for an undisclosed purpose. These terms impose no additional monetary liability cap or blanket exclusion of consequential loss. Nothing excludes non-excludable statutory warranties, product liability, fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. The seller remains responsible for its own actionable conduct.
Indemnity and incident cooperation
These terms do not impose an additional contractual indemnity on the buyer. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. Notify support of suspected mislabeling, document problems or product incidents so affected batches can be held, investigated and withdrawn where necessary.
