Payment and cryptocurrency terms

Enabled methods and confirmation
Only methods displayed and enabled for the eligible order may be used. The preview currently leaves payment providers disabled. An order reference or payment-page redirect does not establish payment; the server relies on verified provider events and reconciliation. Do not send money to an address received through an unverified message. Expired, underpaid, overpaid or duplicate payments require reconciliation before dispatch.
Cryptocurrency conditions
Before activating crypto, the accepted currencies/networks, quote validity, confirmation policy, network costs and verified refund procedure must be disclosed. Transfers sent on an incorrect network or to an incorrect address may be unrecoverable; we will investigate without promising technical recovery. Refund currency and exchange-rate treatment must be agreed before purchase and comply with mandatory rights. Any collection of a refund destination must verify the original payer securely. No wallet address or live payment instruction is supplied by this policy. Payment methods remain unavailable until individually activated.
Fraud, taxes and disputes
We may hold payments for proportionate fraud, sanctions, identity or compliance checks and explain available remedies where lawful. We do not request card numbers or wallet secrets in support forms. Taxes and total payable amounts must be clear before a binding order. See Returns for refund/chargeback handling and Disputes for complaints; none of these terms remove statutory rights.
