Peptide calculator.
A peptide reconstitution calculator for mass and volume arithmetic. Enter your own laboratory measurements to calculate concentration and U-100 scale units.

Your measurements. Clear results.
Use a single component with a known mass. This calculation assumes the final solution volume equals the water added. It does not determine solvent suitability or vial capacity.
Enter all three measurements to calculate.

Research use only. This tool converts user-entered mass and volume; it provides no recommended amount, protocol, administration instructions or medical advice. U-100 units are volume graduations (100 units = 1 mL), not International Units (IU). It does not account for transfer loss or dead space.
How the calculation works
Concentration in mg/mL = vial mass in mg ÷ final volume in mL. A U-100 graduation is 0.01 mL, so mass per unit in mcg = concentration × 10. Volume per draw = desired mass ÷ concentration.
Dividing the total vial mass by the desired mass gives the theoretical number of draws. Actual recovery depends on the laboratory method and transfer losses.
Keep the units distinct
1 mg equals 1,000 mcg. U-100 graduations measure volume. Biological activity expressed in IU cannot be converted to mg without a material-specific, validated activity factor.
For blends, verify every component separately. This calculator does not model mixed compositions, stability, sterility, solubility or storage requirements.
