COA, quality and storage policy
Batch evidence, traceability, handling and quality incidents.
Version 2026-09-14.1 · Effective
Published policy. Company and operating details marked “TO BE CONFIRMED” must be completed before commercial launch.
Batch-specific evidence
Match SKU, physical presentation and lot to the supplied documentation. A COA should identify the sample, issuing laboratory, method, test date and reported results. Check document authenticity and any limitations of sampling and method. A test result describes the tested sample; it does not prove every possible attribute, sterility, safety, legal status or fitness for personal use. Missing, revoked or unreviewed documents are not represented as approved.
Publication and traceability
Products may be published following recorded owner authorization and a review of the real supplier identity, declared quantity and price. Restricted materials remain excluded. Publication is separate from laboratory verification, legal classification and payment-provider approval. Availability must come from supplier data; unknown stock is not represented as available. Evidence claims require a source, reviewer and review date for the affected SKU/batch. Changed or withdrawn evidence requires reassessment before supply; retain historic order traceability and notify affected customers where legally required.
Storage, transport and disposal
Use only the reviewed instructions for the exact lot and physical form, and applicable laboratory risk assessments and safety data. No universal temperature, shelf life or cold-chain claim applies across the catalog. Avoid using uncertain material after seal damage, an undocumented excursion or an identity discrepancy. Safe handling and lawful waste disposal are the purchaser’s responsibility within its competent laboratory procedures; this site does not provide preparation or administration guidance.
Nonconformance and recall
Report suspected counterfeit documentation, contamination, mislabeling, transport damage or another quality issue promptly with the order/SKU/batch. Retain evidence and isolate the affected material without further processing. We will investigate, suspend affected supply where appropriate, correct records and arrange applicable remedies or recall instructions. Submit quality incidents through Contact, identifying the order and affected presentation. The owner reviews the recorded incident, holds affected supply and coordinates supplier investigation, traceability and any required customer notification or remedy.
