Current destination coverage
We offer international shipping to supported countries and regions around the world, with estimated delivery of 3–7 days. Select your country at checkout to confirm coverage. All catalog products remain subject to publication, customer eligibility and destination review. Operationally excluded countries are Belarus (BY), Cuba (CU), Iran (IR), North Korea (KP), Russia (RU) and Syria (SY). Crimea/Sevastopol and the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine are also excluded. These store exclusions are not a complete sanctions list or a statement that every resident is sanctioned. No forwarding address may be used to evade an exclusion.
Importer of record, customs, duties and taxes
For a permitted international shipment the customer is the importer of record unless a separately confirmed lawful arrangement states otherwise. The customer must establish lawful import, possession and intended use, obtain permits, and provide accurate consignee and end-user details. Duties, import taxes, brokerage and customs requirements depend on the destination and agreed delivery terms. The seller remains responsible for its own export and statutory obligations; these cannot be transferred by a disclaimer. We will not misdeclare contents or value. Customs can inspect, delay, refuse, seize or return materials. We will explain available remedies on the facts and applicable law; seizure does not automatically extinguish mandatory customer rights.
Export controls and sanctions review
A destination checkbox is not sanctions or export clearance. Before any eligible order is released, the operating process must review product classification, export/import restrictions, licence requirements, customer/consignee/end-user identity and applicable sanctions lists. Unresolved matches or classification questions require a compliance hold and may result in refusal, cancellation or reporting where required. The current software restricts destinations and product eligibility; it does not represent a deployed comprehensive sanctions-screening service. A documented screening owner, evidence trail and pre-release process must be approved before sales launch.
Dispatch, transit and temperature
Estimated delivery takes 3–7 days. Fulfillment location: [FULFILLMENT LOCATION — TO BE CONFIRMED]. Shipping charges and any order-specific timing are confirmed before payment. Tracking is available in your account once supplied by the carrier. Customs, weather and carrier disruption may affect estimates; mandatory delivery and cancellation rights still apply. Temperature-controlled transport is provided only when explicitly documented for the specific lot and service. Ambient packaging, an ice pack or a cold package on arrival is not evidence of a validated cold chain or stability. Follow the approved batch-specific storage record; do not use uncertain or damaged material while a quality issue is investigated.
Tracking, loss and damage
Check the delivery address before submission. Contact support promptly if tracking stalls, a parcel is missing or contents appear damaged or incorrect. Retain outer packaging, seals, labels and photographs of the condition without unnecessarily handling the contents. Do not return research chemicals without written carrier-compatible instructions. We investigate with the carrier and agree replacement, refund or another legally required remedy. Risk transfer and responsibility for loss depend on the applicable sales model and mandatory law, not merely a tracking status. Force majeure does not remove remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
